1 cup buttermilk
2 Tbsp oil
1 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
10 4-inch pancakes
NOTES: I make these at least once a week now, I love them so much. I also ate them a lot growing up. Only Mrs. Butterworths syrup does them justice, but homemade freezer jam is pretty good too.
